Todd Andres
Welcome to Coffee with Todd
In 1996, Todd and his wife, Mindi, moved to Klamath Falls to help launch a new 3,600‑acre destination resort in the heart of Southern Oregon. Over the next fifteen years, Todd immersed himself in nearly every aspect of resort operations, gaining experience in hospitality management, golf and recreational services, water and sewer operations, sales and marketing, and resort development. Before leaving the company, he oversaw all of its Southern Oregon resort properties and led record-setting sales that generated $52 million in revenue over a five‑year period.
In 2014, Todd shifted his focus from resort development to public relations, regional economic development, and civic engagement for the local energy utility provider. In this role, he works closely with large businesses, government leaders, and community members throughout the region—work he finds deeply rewarding.
Todd has always believed in giving back to the community he loves. He has served on multiple nonprofit boards, been elected to city council, and continues to officiate high‑school basketball.
A proud 1992 graduate of Washington State University, Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences. He met his wife during his time at WSU, and they have been married since 1993. Together, they have two sons—one a collegiate track and field coach in South Carolina, and the other pursuing his higher‑education degree.

One of Todd’s greatest joys is watching people he knows—or has the privilege to work with—excel. Whether in their personal life, their career, or both, seeing others grow has always been a source of inspiration. Over the years, Todd has shared lessons he’s learned with friends and colleagues, and many have told him that these insights made a meaningful difference in their lives. Their encouragement sparked a question: How can I help more people?
That question became the foundation for Coffee with Todd.
Coffee with Todd is a place to share practical lessons, reflections, and ideas Todd has gathered throughout his career and community involvement.
